Thanks everyone for the feedback so far. We are still in a process of evaluating the backlog, but are quite certain that next extension would be to support BrainTree in ServiceMerchant. Keep following up and be the first to see it.

Currently ServiceMerchant regretfully lacks implementation of “Offline sync” feature. I can easily write some soft of generic CSV import with some made-up data, but it does look like something practically useful.
If anyone could give us a sample of Authorize.Net transaction report, we could write a real importer instead. Of course, all sensitive data would be [...]
